O objetivo é aprender a desenvolver o autoconhecimento e resgatar a autoestima de usuários e familiares através de técnicas realizadas em roda de conversa, com instrumentais de leitura e interpretação de texto edificante, comunicação através de mímicas e compartilhamento de experiências. Houve o sorteio de brindes para estimular participação, interação e ajuda.
O encontro acontece as quartas feiras,a partir das 14 horas com a instrutora Toninha.
